1. Acceptance of this agreement
By creating an account, signing in, entering as a guest, or otherwise using Tennz, you agree to this App Agreement and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The in-app End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is presented separately and must be expressly accepted where required.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. Information supplied during registration must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure and for activity performed through your account.
A new account is complete only after the required profile information has been submitted. Optional information may be left unset. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or misuse another person’s account.
3. The Tennz service
Tennz provides tennis-focused community features, including profiles, follows, photo and video posts, likes, comments, reporting, blocking, eligible private chat, a coin-based tennis AI conversation feature, and optional coin purchases. Features may change as the product evolves.
Private chat between users is free and does not require coins or any purchase. It becomes available only when the participating users mutually follow one another. Blocking a user hides that user and their content except where needed in the block list or for legal and safety administration.
4. Community content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Tennz the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, and make that content available within the service according to your actions and settings.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload your content. Do not post illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, violent, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, or harmful material. Content involving child exploitation or endangerment is strictly prohibited.
5. Safety, reports, and enforcement
Community rules prohibit objectionable and abusive material. You may report content and block abusive users through the in-app controls. Reports are reviewed and acted on as appropriate. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law. Submitting false or abusive reports is prohibited.
6. AI feature
Tennz AI is a coin-based feature. The applicable coin requirement is displayed in the app, and the required coins are deducted when the feature is used. Tennz AI may produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. It is provided for general tennis conversation and inspiration, not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Evaluate responses independently before relying on them.
7. Purchases, coins, and private chat
Coins can be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and used for Tennz AI chat functionality. Coin purchases and AI usage are separate from private messaging between users: eligible mutual followers can privately chat without payment or coin consumption. Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple under Apple’s payment terms, and the price shown by Apple at checkout controls the transaction.
Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, are non-transferable, and may be used only for the Tennz features identified in the app. Purchased coins do not expire. Refund requests for Apple transactions are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
8. Intellectual property
The Tennz name, logo, interface, artwork, software, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Account deletion
You can initiate deletion from the Delete Account option in the app’s Settings. Deleting an account deletes the account and associated personal data, including user-generated photos, videos, posts, and comments, except information that must be retained for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction record. If processing takes additional time, we will explain the expected period. Account deletion does not cancel or refund an Apple transaction; Apple’s applicable purchase terms continue to apply.
10. Service availability and disclaimers
Tennz is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be presented through the app or this website as appropriate. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted; a new EULA version requires the separate in-app consent flow.
